Weapons outside the six starting paths
These weapons do not grow out of a starting weapon; they appear through their own drops, events or rewards. Some carry upgrades of their own, and any that a starting weapon path also reaches is marked.

How weapon upgrades work in a run
You begin a run with one of six weapons and can upgrade it twice. Each choice commits you to a branch, so the first upgrade already decides which final forms stay reachable. A few weapons are never part of these paths and only appear on their own.
How to use this page
Work outwards from the weapon you are holding:
- 1
Open the path for your current weapon: each row runs from a first upgrade to the second upgrades it leads to.
- 2
Select any weapon to see its official actions and verified values in the panel beside the path.
- 3
Use the highlight buttons to spot the upgrades that add fire, ice or lightning damage, or that switch to ranged attacks.
